faqs: How old do I have to be to drive a jet ski?
Drivers must be 16 years old or older per Coast Guard and Florida State Laws. A valid photo ID and boaters license/certificate is required for those born after January 1st 1988.

How long is the route?
This is a 30 mile route that starts at Rose Marina and heads southeast towards Goodland and back into the 10,000 Islands. In total, it is a 2 hour route.

What happens if I arrive at my scheduled tour time, not 30 minutes before?
You will either be rescheduled to a later time or we will cancel your reservation with no refund. You're required to be at check in 30 minutes ahead of time.

What should we wear?
Outdoor comfortable clothing, bathing suits, flip-flops, sandals or water shoes, and sunglasses. Hats are not recommended as they tend to fly off when you pick up speed.

Is there a locker to store our stuff?
No locker is available, but the jet ski has two compartments. One can hold a phone, keys and wallet. The larger compartment can hold a small backpack or purse, and your shoes. Any valuables is highly recommended to leave at home/hotel/condo/airbnb to not risk you losing or breaking your items.

Will I fall off the jet ski?
Only reason you would fall off the jet ski is if you do not listen to instructions. Your guide will provide a full safety briefing to help ensure you do not fall off. If you do fall off you will be wearing a life jacket, and your guide will assist you in getting on your ski. The jet skis have an automatic shut off if the driver were to fall off the ski.

Is there any hidden fees not told before booking?
No! Gas is included in the pricing for the number of jet skis needed for your party that you book. Gratuity is not included, but appreciated from your guide if you provide one at the end of your tour.

Can we swim with the dolphins?
No, under the Marine Mammal Protect Act humans are not allowed to swim with, harass, hunt, harm, or feed any wild marine mammal in US waterways. We are able to get close enough for a photo, but we cannot interact with them. Also, if you were to get in the water, they would swim away as they have zero interest and would consider it a threat.

Are private tours available?
Yes they are! Please call our office for more information to ensure a private tour booking.
If you book 5 to 6 jet skis, that is automatically considered a private tour.
