  • We are excited to get you out on the water to experience SUP like you never have before! This 1.5 hour class includes basic paddleboarding instruction and a full on-water yoga class with instructor Liz Ashley.

What to Bring

  • flip flops or water shoes (required), water bottle, sunblock, swim suit or yoga style cloths that can get wet.
